Membercards®
If you have a card that will be expiring and have not yet received your new one, please call the branch at (306) 457-2443. If your card was lost or stolen, you may visit a branch to receive a card there. If visiting a branch is not possible, please call us to seek an alternate solution.
Stoughton Credit Union Mastercard® credit cardsThere will be delays in receiving new credit cards through the mail. You can sign up for
CardWise to view recent transactions, see electronic statements and more.

Paper StatementsPaper statements will be delayed during the mail disruption. You may view your statement via Online Banking (desktop only, statements are not viewable/downloadable from the Mobile App). If required, members can also request a printed copy at a branch during disruption.
ChequesCheque orders will be delayed during disruption. Members needing cheques can visit or call a branch to learn about alternate options.
Term & Loan Maturity Notices
If you have an upcoming term or loan maturing please log into your account to view details or call our office confirm the details. You can also set up maturity alerts through your Online Banking & Mobile App alert options.If need to send us documents during this time please drop them off in-branch or call us to find an alternate way of delivery.
